Rental terms

   Driver requirements

   The driver must meet the minimum age and licence period stated for the car class. A valid driving licence and ID card or passport must be presented at pick-up.

2. 2

   Rental period

   The minimum rental period is 24 hours. Rental days are counted in 24-hour blocks; delays of up to 60 minutes are not charged, beyond that an extra day applies.

3. 3

   Security deposit

   A security deposit, depending on the car class, is pre-authorised on a credit card in the driver’s name at pick-up and released when the car is returned undamaged.

4. 4

   Fuel

   The car must be returned with the same fuel level as at pick-up. Missing fuel is charged at current prices.

5. 5

   Cancellation and changes

   Cancellations up to 48 hours before pick-up are free of charge. For later cancellations or changes, please contact us.

6. 6

   Insurance and damage

   All cars carry compulsory third-party insurance. Additional cover can be added when booking or at pick-up. In case of an accident or damage, inform us and the authorities immediately.

7. 7

   Use of the car

   The car may only be driven by the drivers named in the agreement and in accordance with traffic rules. Leaving Turkey or commercial use requires written approval.

8. 8

   Traffic fines

   Traffic fines, bridge and motorway tolls incurred during the rental are the renter’s responsibility.
